As a landlord, you can initiate a deposit refund at any time from the Property page.
Once you click "Refund Deposit", the tenant will receive an email notification and the deposit will automatically be refunded to the tenant with 1-3 days.
If you have made deductions, you will first need to complete the Know Your Customer ('KYC') identification process and add your bank details. This will allow us to pay the value of any deductions you may have made to your tenant's rental deposit.
