In the case that a tenant requests a refund of their rental deposit, we need to be contacted directly at team@mietwise.com.

Upon request, we will need to have confirmation from the landlord you paid that a refund is possible. If not, this is something that you will need to pursue with your landlord directly. mietwise ('Rentseed UG') has no liability in the event of a dispute between a landlord and tenant.

In the event that the landlord confirms that this was an error, we will only refund the deposit after a 6 week cool-off period.
